Below is the rehearsal and performance schedule for our next concert on Sunday June 19, Beethoven Symphonies 6 & 7 at the Cultural Centre

Schedule Key: B6 All = Beethoven 6th all movements, B6 -M3 = B6 3rd movement and so on.
All remains subject to changes in government restrictions
Please note
New rehearsal location for Friday June 17 - Studio 1, XiQu Centre, West Kowloon (see Detailed Directions below)
No food and drink allowed inside the Studio. If you bring refreshments for the break, you should consume them in the common areas of the 2nd floor. There is a water dispenser available but you are recommended to bring your own bottle.
Food & drink at the Cultural Centre on Sunday June 19.
Mid-morning sandwiches and egg tarts will be provided, but please bring our own drinks.
From 6pm, pre-concert sandwiches and drinks will be provided.
However no food or drink may be consumed back stage - instead you should consume them in the changing rooms or outside the building
Post Concert Dinner confirmed Monday June 20 at HKMA Restaurant, Wanchai - 7pm drinks for 8pm Dinner
NB - for our regular rehearsals, whilst you should try to arrive and set up at 7pm, actual rehearsals are now scheduled to start at 7.15pm. Whatever the actual start time is, we will usually rehearse for 2 ½ hours (inclusive of a 15 minute refreshment break). The aim is to finish by 9.45pm, and certainly not later than 10pm

1. We will need to know who will be attending each rehearsal 2-3 days in advance. Your section leader with liaise with you on this.
2. All visitors to the Club must make a Covid-19-free declaration upon arrival at every rehearsal. You will also be automatically temperature-tested upon arrival.
3. You must all have with you your Leave Home Safe App and the QR code showing proof of Covid vaccinations.
4. Dress code should be smartish casual so:
no flip-flops, tank-tops, etc.
no high heel shoes
no shoes or trainers with coloured rubber soles
5. Mobile phones must be in silent mode; calls may only be made in outside areas
6. Refreshments will be available for consumption at break time (you may not bring your own food and drink into the Club)
7. Masks must be worn at all times when inside the club premises
Transport
By Taxi, Bus or MTR.
Jordan MTR is only 5 minutes walk.
The Club’s car park is Members Only so their advice is use the Public Car Park at TST if you have to drive. But that’s a good 15 minute walk.
